At UndrDog, we want you to feel confident in your Hemp Black Tee. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Hemp Black Tee in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garment, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
